Dr. Frances Ellmo is an Assistant Professor of Counseling at the University of Memphis and a Licensed Professional Counselor-Mental Health Service Provider in Tennessee. With a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision, her work focuses on trauma-informed care for addiction and justice-involved populations. She is dedicated to training and preparing mental health professionals in these critical areas.
