Jennifer Jones, LMSW, CPRS
With over 30 years of experience in the behavioral health field, Jennifer has dedicated her career to improving the lives of individuals facing mental health and substance use disorder challenges. Starting as a direct care worker, she quickly advanced through various roles, including lobbyist, program director, and trainer. Jennifer has a strong background in evidence-based practices and is passionate about integrating innovative approaches to treatment. She has worked in diverse settings, from community mental health centers, HIV/AIDS, unhoused veterans, SPMI, and has been actively involved in training and mentoring emerging professionals in the field. An advocate for holistic and person-centered care, Jennifer emphasizes the importance of addressing both psychological and social factors in treatment. She has contributed to numerous workshops and conferences, statewide, nationally and internationally, sharing her expertise on topics such as trauma-informed care, resilience, and family dynamics. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys traveling and spending time with her dogs. She continues to seek opportunities for growth and learning, believing that the journey in behavioral health is ever-evolving.
